About ME

Tom is a lifelong car enthusiast with an arguably irrational love for the charming, solid and characterful (if occasionally wobbly) P80-platform Volvo C70 cabriolet.

What began as a harmless hobby gradually escalated into something far more serious: he now knows the C70’s roof mechanism better than some people know their own relatives.

After years of tinkering, testing, adjusting, muttering under his breath, and ultimately mastering the model’s famously challenging folding roof, Tom has become one of the very few people in the UK genuinely capable of repairing it. Full roof replacements, lifter-strut repairs, alignment wizardry, module calibration; if it involves the C70 cabriolet roof, chances are Tom has seen it, solved it, and improved it.

Garage 303 was born from that passion. Expect honesty, patience, proper workmanship, and a friendly specialist who genuinely loves keeping these wonderfully eccentric cars on the road.

Tom is a fabulous chap known him for over a year now wouldn’t even want to know how much money I’ve spent with him over that time period he’s one message away from great advice with what to do when it comes to anything Volvo especially p80 platform we went up last December for a drivers chair came home with a full collection edition interior

Intake kit etc all fitted on his driveway for us he found something that was broken or missing would disappear and come back with it and popping in the car such a helpful guy and have ordered so many parts from him had boosted my project and helped so much along the way making it such a nice example.
